California Turkey and Avocado Muffins

SERVINGS: Serves 4
INGREDIENTS:
  • 4 Thomas'® Triple Health English Muffins, split and toasted
  • 1/2 cup ranch-style dressing
  • Lettuce leaves
  • 8 oz sliced, smoked turkey
  • 1 tomato sliced
  • 1 medium avocado, peeled, pitted and sliced
  • Alfalfa sprout
DIRECTIONS:
Spread 1 tablespoon dressing on each muffin half. Top each bottom half with lettuce, tomato, turkey, avocado and alfalfa sprouts. Top with remaining muffin halves. If desired, serve with additional dressing.
